Job Duties
- Welcome guests and complete the registration process with accuracy and professionalism
- communicate hotel services, amenities, promotions, and local recommendations
- process payments, issue room keys, and handle guest requests efficiently
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with empathy and urgency
- maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive, supportive team culture
