Job Requirements
- 1 year of related luxury hotel experience
- Proficient in Windows Word Excel PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Positive and energetic personality
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of hotel school or college degree is a plus
- Proficient in Windows Word Excel PowerPoint
- Opera PMS knowledge is preferred
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English multi-lingual is a plus
- Positive inclusive genuine innovative engaging and energetic personality
- Ability to handle guest requests and concerns in an efficient calm and genuine manner
- Organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Sensitive and inclusive to all cultural nuances

Job Duties
- Perform all Front Office assigned functions preparing and executing an ideal Aman New York journey to guests
- Maintain the highest quality database relating to guest history
- Act as an ambassador of Aman New York providing genuine care to guests and team members
- Provide quality and genuine service by responding to guests and team members promptly efficiently and courteously
- Respond to guest and leadership feedback focusing on improvement regarding feedback
- Achieve and maintain high guest retention ratio
- Have in-depth knowledge of activities directions travel time cost and various forms of transportation around New York City
- Maintain clean neat and organized surroundings ensuring a safe and positive environment
- Stay current with developments and procedures by attending pre-shift and departmental meetings
- Perform other reasonable duties as required by the management team
