Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- minimum three plus years of related experience in secretarial or administrative assistant roles preferably within mental health or social services
- ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- capability to engage positively with clients and staff
- physical ability to walk, stand, stoop regularly
- ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 pounds
- valid driver’s license and ability to drive regularly
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged
- aa degree preferred
- minimum three plus years of secretarial or administrative assistant experience in mental health or social services preferred
- strong organizational and communication skills
- experience with healthcare or related administrative tasks
- proficiency with scheduling and chart management
Job Duties
- supervise and oversee all daily intake activity including administrative tasks that help the office operate
- provide program support to leaders ensuring files are complete and schedules are accurate
- facilitate members' access to programming across the wellness continuum
- collaborate with employee teams to support clinical success for members
- engage meaningfully with members including those with mental health diagnoses through scheduling and communication
- assist in screening referrals and assigning services within Pathways to Life programs
