Job Requirements
- Possess a service-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in hospitality or service industry preferred
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize work
- Willingness and ability to support team delivery of guest experience
- Possess and maintain Food Handler Card and RBS Certification
- Delivery Drivers must have active driver license
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is required
Job Qualifications
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous hospitality or service industry experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Team-oriented and proactive work approach
- Possession of Food Handler Card and RBS Certification
- Delivery Driver license (for delivery positions)
- Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Clean and reset tables in the dining area
- Pre-bus by proactively removing items guests are done with
- Monitor bus stations and maintain cleanliness
- Sweep dining area and manage trash efficiently
- Promptly clean spills and accidents following procedures
- Pick up and verify guest orders from the food window
- Pull numbers from tables when orders are completed
- Check with the bar to deliver drinks to guests
- Alertly identify guest needs and communicate to the team
- Help with pre-bussing and provide guest necessities
- Assist the team with restocking and other tasks
- Greet all guests with genuine salutations and thank yous
- Take accurate food and drink orders following standards
- Share specials and offer suggestions to guests
- Process pick-up and delivery orders accurately
- Ensure proper entry into POS and handle payments
- Assist in keeping the restaurant running smoothly
