Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in upscale dining or hospitality preferred
- Valid Alcohol Awareness Certification per state regulations
- Valid Food Handlers Certification as required by state regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to assess situations and make quick, accurate decisions
- Comfortable in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- Provide outstanding, guest-focused service by anticipating needs to create memorable dining experiences
- Keep the dining room, bar, and service areas clean, organized, and inviting
- Assist with clearing tables, resetting, and maintaining seamless service flow throughout the shift
- Support servers and bartenders by stocking necessary supplies, glassware, utensils, and service stations
- Have a solid understanding of food, beverage, and wine offerings relevant to your role
- Effectively navigate the P.O.S. system and adhere to proper cash-handling procedures
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties with meticulous attention to detail
