We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our front-of-house team in the roles of Servers, Bussers, and Barbacks. In these positions, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall guest experience by anticipating needs, supporting efficient service flow, and maintaining an immaculate dining and bar environment. You will work closely with servers and bartenders to keep service stations stocked, assist with table clearing and resetting, and ensure smooth operations throughout each shift. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in upscale dining or hospitality preferred
  • Valid Alcohol Awareness Certification per state regulations
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification as required by state regulations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to assess situations and make quick, accurate decisions
  • Comfortable in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding, guest-focused service by anticipating needs to create memorable dining experiences
  • Keep the dining room, bar, and service areas clean, organized, and inviting
  • Assist with clearing tables, resetting, and maintaining seamless service flow throughout the shift
  • Support servers and bartenders by stocking necessary supplies, glassware, utensils, and service stations
  • Have a solid understanding of food, beverage, and wine offerings relevant to your role
  • Effectively navigate the P.O.S. system and adhere to proper cash-handling procedures
  • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties with meticulous attention to detail
