We are currently seeking Front of House Team Members who are enthusiastic about welcoming guests with genuine warmth and creating memorable experiences. The Front of House Team Member plays a vital role in our restaurant by personally engaging with guests, providing outstanding service, and setting the tone for an enjoyable dining experience. This position is critical as it represents the first point of contact for many of our guests, and thus requires an individual who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and working as part of a dynamic team.

The role involves various responsibilities: providing an exceptional guest experience with a positive attitude, using sales skills to recommend food and beverage options, sharing Jaggers' unique story with first-time visitors, and carefully handling transactions using our Point of Sale system. Additionally, team members must adhere to stringent safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe dining environment. Through every interaction, a Front of House Team Member must maintain a friendly demeanor and display professionalism, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $12.00 to $17.00, reflecting the importance of the role within our team. While no specific educational background is mandated, prior experience in customer service, restaurant settings, or similar hospitality roles is advantageous.
