The Front of House Team at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill consists of Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and To-Go Servers who collaborate closely to provide first-class service and genuine hospitality. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior customer service or hospitality experience helpful but not required
  • must have reliable transportation
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • age 18 or older
  • strong communication skills
  • team-oriented attitude
  • commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
