The Crew Member role at Pizza Ranch is an essential part of maintaining the high standards that the brand is known for. As a Crew Member, you have the opportunity to work in either the Front of the House (Dining Room) or Back of the House (Kitchen) departments, depending on the restaurant's needs and individual skills. In the Front of House, Crew Members engage in guest hospitality, buffet coordination and maintenance, ensuring safety and cleanliness in the dining area, managing point of sale transactions, and handling phone responsibilities. Back of House Crew Members focus on food preparation and safety, processing orders for pizza and chicken, managing dish room cleanliness, and coordinating outgoing orders. This role emphasizes efficiency, hygiene, and ensuring that food quality standards are consistently met.

Job Requirements
- Ability to be mobile and on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, wipe, sweep, and mop
- Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds
- Strong guest service orientation

- Previous restaurant experience preferred
