The Front of House team at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill plays a crucial role in delivering these memorable experiences. Comprised of Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, and To-Go Servers, this team is the first and last impression guests have when visiting the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environment
  • Commitment to uphold safety, hygiene, and uniform standards
  • Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift frequently
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Ability to work on feet for 8 hours or more a day
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 25 pounds frequently

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be 18 years or older for front of house positions
