We are currently seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our Front of House team at Best Pizza & Brew. The Front of House team works under the guidance of the General Manager and Shift Leads. They collaborate closely to maintain smooth operations and uphold Best Pizza & Brew’s high standards of customer service. Team members are expected to fulfill their designated roles during shifts and assist their coworkers as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork at all times.

Roles within the Front of House team include Busser, Food Runner, Cashier, Expediter (EXPO), Bartender, Server, Delivery Driver, and Shift Lead. Each position plays a vital part in the guest experience, whether it involves clearing and resetting tables, efficiently delivering food, managing orders at the POS system, or ensuring timely and friendly communication with guests. This multifaceted role demands a focus on teamwork, communication, organization, and a genuine desire to provide excellent service to every guest who walks through our doors.

Key duties include maintaining clean dining areas by clearing and resetting tables, pre-bussing during guest visits, managing bus stations to keep the flow of dirty dishes orderly, and ensuring the dining environment is safe and sanitary through proper cleaning practices. Front of House team members are also responsible for promptly addressing spills and accidents, confirming order accuracy at the food window, assisting with drink service, and providing attentive guest interaction by acknowledging and greeting all customers warmly. Taking accurate food and drink orders, sharing specials, and assisting with to-go orders and cashier duties are critical to the smooth operation and high guest satisfaction central to our restaurant's mission.

Employees at Best Pizza & Brew are expected to adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards, including handwashing protocols and maintaining required certifications. Additional responsibilities may include deep cleaning tasks and other projects as assigned to support the overall efficiency and cleanliness of the establishment. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is essential due to operating hours from 11am to 9pm Sunday through Thursday, and 10am to 10pm Fridays and Saturdays.
