Frasca Hospitality Group operates a whole house tip share model, encouraging a collaborative team environment where all hourly team members share in the restaurant's success. Compensation includes an hourly base rate plus shared tips, with starting wages estimated between $19 and $35 per hour and potential for increased earnings as skills and responsibilities grow.
