The role of FOH Shift Lead, also known as the Vibe Captain and Team Coach, is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations during shifts. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Relevant food service experience with leadership responsibilities
- Valid food handler and alcohol service permits or willingness to get them
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to handle customer concerns effectively

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Job Qualifications
- A few years of food service experience including at least one in a leadership role
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Working knowledge of alcohol service especially beer and wine
- Valid food handler and alcohol service permits or willingness to obtain them
