Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet all guests and guide them through the dining experience with enthusiasm and expertise
  • accurately take food and beverage orders, offering personalized suggestions and answering questions about the menu, ingredients, and preparation
  • deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly, ensuring high quality and presentation standards are met
  • monitor dining areas to proactively anticipate guest needs, promptly addressing any concerns or requests
  • process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned stations, including table maintenance and resetting
  • adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow
