Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service role preferred
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude throughout the shift
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Your role is to elevate the dining moment for every guest, guiding them through our menu and ensuring our restaurant feels like their ultimate destination for great food, enthusiastic company, and the thrill of the game
  • You'll be the high-energy host and the attentive organizer, turning a routine meal into a high-five-worthy memory
  • Warmly greet all guests and guide them through the dining experience with enthusiasm and expertise
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering personalized suggestions and answering questions about the menu, ingredients, and preparation
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly, ensuring high quality and presentation standards are met
  • Monitor dining areas to proactively anticipate guest needs, promptly addressing any concerns or requests
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned stations, including table maintenance and resetting
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow
