Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where applicable

Your role is to elevate the dining moment for every guest, guiding them through our menu and ensuring our restaurant feels like their ultimate destination for great food, enthusiastic company, and the thrill of the game
You'll be the high-energy host and the attentive organizer, turning a routine meal into a high-five-worthy memory
Warmly greet all guests and guide them through the dining experience with enthusiasm and expertise
Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering personalized suggestions and answering questions about the menu, ingredients, and preparation
Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly, ensuring high quality and presentation standards are met
Monitor dining areas to proactively anticipate guest needs, promptly addressing any concerns or requests
Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned stations, including table maintenance and resetting
Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, including responsible alcohol service guidelines
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow
