Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Basic food safety knowledge preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
  • Legal eligibility to work in the country

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly ensuring high quality and presentation standards are met
  • Monitor dining areas to proactively anticipate guest needs promptly addressing any concerns or requests
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently handling cash and electronic transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned stations including table maintenance and resetting
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards including responsible alcohol service guidelines
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff bartenders and other front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service flow
