Job Requirements

  • Three plus years of previous management experience in a fine dining restaurant
  • CMS or WSET certifications preferred
  • Valid California Food Handler Card or Serv Safe Manager Certified or RBS Certified
  • Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
  • Ability to coach teams in the moment to achieve positive results and foster a positive culture with the highest level of service
