The role of Restaurant Manager at Demos' Restaurant is pivotal in upholding the restaurant's high standards and maintaining a culture that delivers customer satisfaction and operational excellence. As a Restaurant Manager, you will work directly with the owners and serve as the leadership backbone of the store and its staff. Your responsibilities will encompass enforcing the restaurant's systems and standards, promoting sales through excellent customer service, maintaining organization, identifying wasteful practices, and ensuring safety compliance. Your leadership style will embody fairness, firmness, friendliness, and moral guidance, fostering an environment in which staff members feel supported and motivated.

This is a hands-on leadership position requiring someone dependable who follows through on their commitments, whether supervised or not. The Restaurant Manager must have excellent people skills, problem-solving ability, and a continuous drive to improve all aspects of the dining experience. Additionally, training, assisting, and disciplining staff will be part of the daily operations, as well as maintaining the physical appearance of the team and restaurant. Strategic planning skills are essential, as you will need to have contingency plans to address any challenges that arise.
