This role is designed to invest significant time and energy into training new hires so they can become major contributors right after their orientation. The initial 6 to 7 weeks of employment encompass intensive training to build a deep understanding of the company’s culinary and service programs. This includes 3 to 4 weeks spent working in the kitchen to gain an appreciation of the culinary offerings and their high standards, followed by 3 weeks in the front of the house, where new managers will learn to manage every function and fully embrace the Tap 42 service philosophy.

The management role at Tap 42 is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $65,000 to $75,000. Additionally, management staff receives fully comped meals at any of the twelve restaurant locations, two weeks of paid vacation, and paid training to ensure success in their new role. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in restaurant management

  • valid food handler certification
  • physical ability to perform duties
