Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
  • Positive attitude teamwork mentality and willingness to help others
  • Must be legally allowed to work in the country

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor providing them with menus and information about daily specials
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff
  • Serve food and drinks promptly checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
  • Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food preparation
  • Assist in training new servers as needed sharing knowledge of menu items and service standards
  • Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally striving to resolve issues effectively to enhance customer satisfaction
