Job Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings preferred but not required
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Positive attitude teamwork mentality and willingness to help others
Must be legally allowed to work in the country

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor providing them with menus and information about daily specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff
Serve food and drinks promptly checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all patrons
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food preparation
Assist in training new servers as needed sharing knowledge of menu items and service standards
Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally striving to resolve issues effectively to enhance customer satisfaction
