Job Requirements
- Effective communication skills with guests and employees
- Ability to detect and identify safety issues and comply with safety guidelines
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Capacity to work in various temperature conditions
- Ability to lift, push and pull objects for seating arrangements

Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in restaurant front of house management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and develop team members
- Passion for hospitality and food service
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance
- Commitment to maintaining a professional and hygienic appearance
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the front of house service team
- Support the development and training of staff
- Ensure all guest experiences meet Hai Hospitality standards
- Collaborate with General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain service excellence
- Uphold and promote the restaurant's culture and values
- Monitor safety guidelines and operational standards
- Manage daily front of house operations
