The Restaurant Front of House Manager role at Uchi Salt Lake City is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front of house operations. This role involves managing and developing the service team to ensure every guest receives an exceptional dining experience that aligns with Hai Hospitality's high standards of thoughtful, genuine hospitality. The manager works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to maintain service excellence, cultivate a positive team culture, and uphold the ethos of the restaurant. Responsibilities include leading daily operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
