The Front of House Manager at Palm Palm plays a crucial role within the leadership team, spearheading operational excellence for the dining room and bar areas. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who brings at least two years of front-of-house management experience, preferably within a high-volume restaurant environment. Exceptional communication and leadership skills are essential to successfully train, schedule, and inspire the FOH team while ensuring operational flow remains seamless even during the busiest shifts. Organizational expertise, adeptness with POS systems, and a passion for hospitality are critical traits that will help the Manager drive continuous improvement, maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment that reinforces Palm Palm’s brand reputation. Job Duties

  • Oversee daily FOH operations ensuring top-notch service during high-volume shifts
  • Lead train and schedule hosts servers bartenders and support staff
  • Manage floor presence and act as a service leader during peak hours
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain a clean organized and hospitable environment
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager for smooth shift coordination
  • Assist with hiring onboarding and ongoing staff development
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor FOH inventory supplies service tools bar stock etc
  • Track guest feedback and contribute ideas for service improvements
