The Front of House (FOH) Manager at Jalapeno Tree plays a critical leadership role in driving the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest service, bar performance, cleanliness, and staff leadership to ensure the highest standards are met consistently. The FOH Manager’s primary focus lies in providing an exceptional dining experience that aligns with Jalapeno Tree’s brand promise of Crazy Good Mexican Food. From managing daily schedules and comprehensive training programs to engaging directly with guests and addressing their needs, this role demands a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- physical ability to stand for extended periods
