Job Description

Boston's Restaurant and Sports Bar is a prominent franchise establishment known for blending the atmosphere of a family-friendly dining experience with the vibrant energy of a sports bar. Unlike Boston Pizza Restaurants, LP or its affiliates, Boston's Restaurant and Sports Bar operates as an independently owned franchise, where franchisees serve as the primary employers and have the liberty to define their wage and benefit structures. This independent model allows the franchisees to tailor the dining and service experience uniquely to their communities while maintaining the core values and brand recognition that Boston's is known for.

The restaurant excels in offering handcrafted pizzas, scratch-made gourmet meals, and an impressive selection of craft cocktails and local beers, making it a preferred destination for both casual diners and sports enthusiasts. Celebrated as America's Sports Restaurant, Boston's Restaurant and Sports Bar prides itself on being a communal hub for a broad audience. From hosting lively sports events to memorable birthday parties, family reunions, coworker happy hours, and community fundraisers, this establishment is deeply embedded in the fabric of social and recreational life. Guests can enjoy the dynamic ambiance, where sports excitement meets quality dining, fostering an inviting environment for all ages and occasions. The Front of House (FOH) Manager role at Boston's Restaurant and Sports Bar is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing the entire front-of-house team. The FOH Manager must strategically manage labor costs while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality. The FOH Manager plays an integral part in maintaining an inviting and sanitary environment, vital to guest experience and regulatory compliance, while also implementing and enforcing security and responsible alcohol service protocols. The position demands adaptability and dedication, often requiring work during evenings, weekends, and holidays to best align with the business's peak operation times.
