The Front of House (FOH) Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the day-to-day restaurant operations run smoothly with an emphasis on guest satisfaction, bar performance, cleanliness, and staff leadership. Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of FOH management or assistant management experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to kitchen and bar environments and varying temperatures
- Willingness to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
- Ability to read, write, and operate computer and telephone
- Frequent handwashing and repetitive motion
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years as an FOH Manager or assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Experience in managing FOH operations and bar service
- Skilled in coaching and team development
- Proficient with POS systems and restaurant software such as Aloha, Microsoft Office, and Compeat
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
