Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of FOH management or assistant management experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Exposure to kitchen and bar environments and varying temperatures
  • Willingness to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to read, write, and operate computer and telephone
  • Frequent handwashing and repetitive motion

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years as an FOH Manager or assistant manager in a full-service restaurant
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in managing FOH operations and bar service
  • Skilled in coaching and team development
  • Proficient with POS systems and restaurant software such as Aloha, Microsoft Office, and Compeat
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on guest service
  • Oversee scheduling, training, and development of FOH staff
  • Manage bar and beverage cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Coach team members and provide performance feedback
  • Drive shift performance and guest satisfaction
  • Implement new menus, products, and promotions as delegated by General Manager
