Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant or food service management
- Proven ability to lead and supervise front-of-house teams
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management with a focus on front-of-house operations
- Strong background in supervising teams within quick service and fast food or casual dining environments
- Fine dining experience is a plus
- Demonstrated skills in staff training and development, interviewing candidates, and team management
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Experience with cash handling and inventory control is essential
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and food handling procedures
- Culinary or kitchen management experience is advantageous
