Blue Harlan is collaborating with a dynamic and rapidly expanding hospitality group to find an exceptional Front of House Manager for one of the most exciting dining experiences in Sumter, SC. This upscale and thoughtfully designed restaurant operates a dinner-only service schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, with a 1 pm start time and the last reservation taken at 9 pm. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Front of House management
  • Experience working in an upscale or high-volume restaurant setting
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday dinner shifts
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Sumter, SC if necessary

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Front of House leadership experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  • Strong operational and floor management skills
  • High level of professionalism, presence, and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Lead, coach, and develop Front of House staff including servers, bartenders, and support team members
  • Drive an exceptional and consistent guest experience with a strong attention to detail
  • Maintain a polished, high standards dining room environment
  • Oversee nightly service execution, staffing, and floor management
  • Partner with back-of-house leadership to ensure seamless operations
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Uphold brand standards and contribute to ongoing operational improvements
