Job Requirements

  • Must be at least twenty-one years of age
  • Possess current Food Handler's and TABC certification
  • Minimum of two years in fine dining restaurant management
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with restaurant technology platforms including POS systems and reporting tools
  • Ability to relocate to Dallas TX before starting work

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in fine dining environments
  • Strong ability to mentor train and develop FOH staff
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid business acumen including budgeting cost control labor management and revenue growth strategies
  • Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety protocols health regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience using restaurant management platforms POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Composed and solutions-oriented under pressure
  • Natural ambassador of restaurant's mission culture and values

Job Duties

  • Lead by example in upholding and executing service standards ensuring exceptional guest experience
  • Foster a team-oriented culture focused on performance collaboration feedback and recognition
  • Assist General Manager in overseeing operational performance monitoring budgets and implementing marketing strategies
  • Ensure accountability through consistent application of company policies procedures and legal compliance
  • Build strong guest relationships by maintaining floor presence anticipating needs and resolving concerns
  • Respond proactively to operational challenges escalating critical matters appropriately
  • Support daily operations training initiatives and special projects
  • Champion service philosophy through consistent execution of service steps and attention to detail
