Job Requirements
- Must be at least twenty-one years of age
- Possess current Food Handler's and TABC certification
- Minimum of two years in fine dining restaurant management
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with restaurant technology platforms including POS systems and reporting tools
- Ability to relocate to Dallas TX before starting work

- Demonstrated leadership experience in fine dining environments
- Strong ability to mentor train and develop FOH staff
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid business acumen including budgeting cost control labor management and revenue growth strategies
- Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
- In-depth knowledge of food safety protocols health regulations and compliance standards
- Experience using restaurant management platforms POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Composed and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Natural ambassador of restaurant's mission culture and values
Job Duties
- Lead by example in upholding and executing service standards ensuring exceptional guest experience
- Foster a team-oriented culture focused on performance collaboration feedback and recognition
- Assist General Manager in overseeing operational performance monitoring budgets and implementing marketing strategies
- Ensure accountability through consistent application of company policies procedures and legal compliance
- Build strong guest relationships by maintaining floor presence anticipating needs and resolving concerns
- Respond proactively to operational challenges escalating critical matters appropriately
- Support daily operations training initiatives and special projects
- Champion service philosophy through consistent execution of service steps and attention to detail
