As a Front of House Host at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be the face of our establishment — the first point of contact for all guests entering our sports bar. This role is essential in setting the tone for customers’ entire dining experience. You will warmly greet guests, accurately manage seating requests, and maintain an organized waitlist to support an efficient flow of service. The position demands a high level of energy, positivity, and attention to detail. - Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service setting is preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain certification in state, county, or local food handling and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties
- Act as the official greeter and first impression for all guests entering the sports bar
- Warmly welcome guests, manage seating requests, and maintain the waitlist accurately and efficiently
- Oversee the seating of guests in a timely and strategic manner to optimize the flow of service
- Proactively engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and resolve any seating concerns with a positive attitude
- Support the service team by ensuring a smooth transition of guests from the door to the table
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service, turning every visit into a legendary experience
