We are currently seeking a Front of House Host to join our winning team. This role is pivotal as it represents the first point of contact for every guest entering our establishment. The Front of House Host is responsible for setting the tone of the visit by warmly greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring that the flow of service runs smoothly. This position requires an individual who is energetic, service-focused, and able to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during busy periods. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Ability to obtain any required certifications for food handling and alcohol service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 16 years
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service setting preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain certification in state, county, or local food handling and alcohol service regulations
  • Exceptional people skills including outstanding attention to detail and superior guest service abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A competitive spirit aligned with core values of sportsmanship, hustle, spontaneity, community, and fun

Job Duties

  • Act as the official greeter and first impression for all guests entering the sports bar
  • Warmly welcome guests, manage seating requests, and maintain the waitlist accurately and efficiently
  • Oversee the seating of guests in a timely and strategic manner to optimize the flow of service
  • Proactively engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and resolve any seating concerns with a positive attitude
  • Support the service team by ensuring a smooth transition of guests from the door to the table
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service, turning every visit into a legendary experience
