Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
ability to stand for extended periods
positive attitude and strong work ethic
punctuality and reliability
ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning
eagerness to learn and grow within the company

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred
barista experience a plus
strong communication skills
ability to work as part of a team
willingness to learn and take direction
organized and reliable
good attitude and commitment to customer service

Job Duties

Greeting customers and running the register
packing product
preparing coffee and barista tasks
packing wholesale, farmers market, and pre-order items
stocking inventory
opening, setting up, closing, tearing down, and cleaning the bakery
assisting with dishes, cleaning, and other tasks to ensure smooth operation
