Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Work experience involving guest interaction and customer assistance
- Typing proficiency of 40 WPM
- Computer experience including fax, copier, printers, and multiline telephone operation
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform under stress with attention to detail
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to lift and carry 40-50 pounds and perform physical activities like bending, reaching, sitting, and standing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in reception or customer service preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency with computers and office equipment
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Knowledge of hospital protocols and visitor management
Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients and visitors at the front lobby
- Provide information and guidance about hospital locations and visiting policies
- Maintain accurate patient registration documentation
- Answer telephone inquiries promptly and courteously
- Coordinate communication with hospital departments as needed
- Uphold hospital visitation policies consistently
- Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, faxing, and handling multiline phones
