Job Duties

  • Serve guests quality products in a fast friendly, quick service
  • Assist other sales representatives as needed
  • Perform assigned tasks and duties within the restaurant
  • Provide positive guest service experience
  • Prepare quality food products according to standards
  • Keep the restaurant clean, pleasant, and safe for guests and employees
  • Follow guest service guidelines and ensure all guests receive "SUPERSTAR Service"
  • Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively
  • Clean and stock station area(s)
  • Perform other cleaning duties as assigned
  • Ensure all guests receive hot, quality products
  • Prepare, package and deliver all products according to menu standards
  • Handle all food products according to company procedures
  • Follow all food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements
  • Contribute to restaurant success by accomplishing expected work during each shift
  • Produce quality work consistently
  • Support goals, decisions, and directives of the Restaurant Management Team
  • Follow company guidelines for food and cash controls
  • Use all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities properly
