Job Requirements

  • previous hardee's or carl's jr. experience a plus

Job Duties

  • serve guests quality products in a fast friendly quick service
  • assist other sales representatives as needed
  • provide each guest with a positive guest service experience
  • prepare quality food products according to standards
  • keep the restaurant clean pleasant and safe for all guests and employees
  • follow all guest service guidelines and procedures
  • work assigned station accurately and productively
  • clean and stock the station areas
  • perform other cleaning duties as assigned
  • ensure that all guests receive hot quality products
  • prepare package and deliver all products according to menu standards
  • handle all food products according to company procedures
  • follow all company food safety food handling and sanitation requirements
  • contribute to the restaurant's success by accomplishing the expected work during each shift
  • support the goals decisions and directives of the restaurant management team
  • perform additional duties and responsibilities as directed by management
  • follow all company guidelines for food and cash controls
  • follow all cost control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs
  • properly use all products supplies equipment and facilities
