They are expected to work their assigned stations accurately and productively, including cleaning and stocking duties. Preparing, packaging, and delivering hot, quality food items according to the company's strict menu standards is essential. Additionally, Team Members handle food products adhering to all company safety, handling, and sanitation regulations to ensure the health and safety of everyone in the restaurant.
Another important responsibility is contributing to the restaurant's overall success by completing all expected work during shifts and producing consistently high-quality work. Team Members also support the directives of the Restaurant Management Team, performing additional duties as necessary. Furthermore, they must comply with company guidelines on food and cash controls and cost management, using all products, supplies, equipment, and facilities properly to minimize waste and maintain efficiency.
The position demands physical endurance, including the ability to stand for long periods, work in fast-paced environments with heat, and work closely with other team members. Effective communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and coworkers are essential, as is the capacity to view restaurant operations from a guest's perspective. Job Duties

- Assist other sales representatives as needed
