We are currently seeking a Customer Service Associate to join the Ralphs family in California. As a Customer Service Associate at Ralphs, you will play a critical role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth operation of the store. Responsibilities include performing cashier duties such as opening and closing registers, ringing sales, and handling transactions accurately. You will assist at the Customer Service Desk with refunds, exchanges, bill payments, lottery services, and other customer inquiries. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your work area to meet housekeeping standards is also expected. Additionally, this role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to manage conflict professionally and cooperatively.
