  • Assist the Service Operations Manager in supervising front end policies and procedures
  • Oversee cashier performance and ensure efficiency
  • Help manage labor control and enhance customer relations

  • Support training and development of front end staff
  • Monitor cash handling and transaction accuracy
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
