Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and company procedures
- Physical ability to lift moderate weights and perform cleaning tasks
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is beneficial
- Basic knowledge of coffee and tea products is an asset

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of Starbucks beverages to customer specifications
- Provide friendly and engaging customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Promote new and seasonal Starbucks products, including pastries and merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately for transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adhere to health and safety standards and company policies
