Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash and operate register systems
- Must be able to lift and carry moderate weights
- Commitment to following company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers in locating products and providing information
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Stock shelves and ensure product availability
- Support team members and promote a positive work environment
- Participate in training and development programs
