Job Requirements
- At least sixteen years old
- Able to work nights weekends and early mornings
- Satisfy federal state and local legal requirements
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending lifting carrying reaching and stretching
- Willing to work in a retail public environment
- Ability to adhere to Company policies and standards
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Retail and or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Ability to move throughout the store
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Ability to follow instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
- Willingness to learn and be cross trained in framing
- Basic math and cash handling skills
Job Duties
- Help customers shop locate products and provide them with solutions
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
- Execute cash handling to standards
- Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
- Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey
- Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- Participate in the truck unload stocking and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including merchandise return go back process and general store recovery
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company programs to ensure compliance
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- Other duties as assigned
