Job Description
BODYROK is a dynamic and rapidly growing fitness company that specializes in high-intensity, low-impact Pilates workouts designed to tone, sculpt, and redefine both the body and mind in just 45 minutes. With a strong commitment to wellness and personal transformation, BODYROK has established itself as a leading brand in the fitness industry, captivating fitness enthusiasts who seek effective and efficient workouts that fit seamlessly into their busy lives. The company prides itself on fostering a supportive and motivating environment that encourages team members and studio guests alike to achieve their personal best, embodying a mission to help people become the best version of themselves. BODYROK's unique workout approach combines the intensity necessary to produce results with the gentle impact necessary to minimize injury risk, appealing to a broad spectrum of fitness levels and ages.
As a Studio Advisor at BODYROK, you will play a crucial role in supporting the studio's operations and enhancing the member experience. Your primary responsibility is to provide exemplary customer service to studio members and guests, ensuring their interactions with the studio are positive, engaging, and aligned with the BODYROK brand values. You will be the frontline ambassador, greeting visitors warmly and facilitating smooth check-in processes while maintaining a welcoming and clean studio environment. The role goes beyond frontline service; it involves proactive sales efforts to drive membership enrollment and package purchases, creating meaningful relationships with potential, new, and existing members. With an hourly wage complemented by the potential for unlimited commission based on your sales performance, this position rewards motivation and a strong work ethic.
In addition to sales and customer engagement, your duties as a Studio Advisor will include assisting members and guests both in-person and via email, maintaining the studio's cleanliness and orderliness, and supporting instructors by contributing to the overall positive studio atmosphere. You are expected to work independently, demonstrating initiative and the ability to manage tasks without micromanagement. Your organizational skills will be key in managing supply requests, maintenance logs, reconciliation of financial transactions, and following up with members post-enrollment to ensure satisfaction.
Throughout your workday, you will encounter a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and excellent communication abilities. You will need to navigate member service issues regarding billing, address changes, and electronic funds setup while promoting BODYROK specials and merchandise. Your approachable demeanor, combined with strong interpersonal skills, will help you connect with diverse individuals and contribute to the community feeling that BODYROK strives to cultivate.
This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for at least two weekend days per month, and the physical capability to occasionally sit, walk, kneel, reach, and lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds. The work environment includes exposure to loud studio noises and moving mechanical parts inherent to the exercise equipment.
If you are someone who thrives in a commission-driven culture, enjoys customer engagement, and wants to be part of a vibrant fitness company with significant growth potential, the Studio Advisor role at BODYROK offers an exciting opportunity. With competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.89 to $20.00, plus unlimited commission potential, and the chance to be part of a mission-driven team, this position could be the perfect fit for your career aspirations in the fitness industry.
