Job Description

BODYROK is a dynamic and rapidly expanding fitness company that specializes in high-intensity, low-impact Pilates workouts designed to tone, sculpt, and redefine both the body and mind within a short 45-minute session. Our approach combines efficiency and effectiveness, appealing to fitness enthusiasts seeking transformative results without the long time commitments. As a growing organization, BODYROK prides itself on fostering a supportive, vibrant community that encourages both our team members and studio members to become the best version of themselves. We achieve this through our dedication to excellent service, innovative fitness programming, and a positive environment that emphasizes health, wellness, and personal growth.

At BODYROK, we are actively seeking passionate, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Studio Advisors. This role is pivotal in shaping the studio experience, ensuring members and guests receive exceptional service, while also supporting instructors and contributing to the studio's clean and welcoming atmosphere. The Studio Advisor acts as the frontline representative for the company, engaging with clients to build relationships that drive membership enrollment and package sales. This position offers an hourly wage of $15.00 to $18.00, reflecting the importance of both customer service and sales expertise within our performance-driven culture.

Working as a Studio Advisor at BODYROK means more than just managing the front desk. You'll deliver on our Service Promise by greeting members and guests warmly, assisting with check-ins, and handling inquiries both in person and via email. You'll take initiative to maintain a clean studio environment, manage daily operational tasks like laundry and bathroom upkeep, and monitor communication logs to ensure smooth studio operations. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help create a welcoming space that encourages member retention and satisfaction.

In addition to administrative and customer service duties, you'll also actively promote BODYROK’s offerings by driving sales through member promotions, referrals, and direct communication with potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team. The position also demands a commitment to working at least two weekend days per month, supporting our studio’s busiest hours and strengthening community connections.

If you are a self-starter with a passion for fitness and customer service, eager to contribute to the growth of a vibrant fitness community, BODYROK offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful impact. Our company culture supports training and development and rewards performance with bonuses, company events, and employee discounts. Join BODYROK and help us inspire more people to transform their lives through our unique fitness experience. Let's ROK!
