Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to occasionally sit, walk, kneel, and reach with hands and arms
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
  • Comfortable interacting with people and making them feel welcome
  • Adherence to the BODYROK dress code and punctuality
  • Willingness to work weekends
  • Ability to perform cleaning duties and maintain studio standards

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • 1-2 years MindBody software experience preferred
  • Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance-based culture
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of sales practices and techniques
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Friendly and welcoming personality
  • Ability to work at least two weekend days per month

Job Duties

  • Greet members and guests and ensure check-in procedures are followed
  • Promote and sell memberships, packages, and merchandise
  • Respond to member inquiries in person and via email
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, including bathrooms and changing rooms
  • Monitor incoming emails and perform administrative tasks such as reconciliation of transactions
  • Provide studio tours to potential members and resolve member service issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive studio environment
