Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to comprehend and communicate effectively in English
- experience operating reservation systems and managing guest flow is preferred
- ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as business demands
- capability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with dynamic conditions
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- stamina to stand for extended periods and be on feet 100 percent of the shift
- frequent reaching, bending, and stooping

- cultivate a warm and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and fellow team members
- adhere strictly to company sanitation guidelines
- greet arriving guests warmly and promptly, setting a positive tone for their visit
- efficiently manage guest seating and direct them to their tables or designated areas
