Job Requirements

Work days, nights, and or weekends as required
Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
Walk or stand 100% of shift
Reach, bend, and stoop frequently
Ability to read and write handwritten notes
Be at least 16 years of age

Job Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Ability to smile and greet guests frequently
Ability to multitask and generate enthusiasm
Experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles preferred but not required
Ability to read and communicate in English
Ability to remain calm and professional when addressing dissatisfied guests
At least 16 years of age

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in an ideal environment
Greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales and telephones
Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take or suggest corrective action
Bid farewell to guests leaving ensuring satisfaction and inviting them to return
Prepare for the shift by stocking supplies such as menus, silverware, power cards, gift cards
Review cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shift if applicable
