Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
- Must be able to stand or walk 100 percent of shifts
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to bend, stoop and reach frequently
- Must demonstrate clear verbal communication skills in English
- Must maintain professional appearance and hygiene
- Willingness to work in noisy and fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Act as ambassador by greeting guests with enthusiasm and coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales and telephone duties
- Inform supervisors promptly of any problems or unusual situations and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Bid farewell to departing guests, ensure satisfaction and invite them to return
- Prepare for shifts by stocking supplies such as menus, silverware, power cards and gift cards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and host stations
- Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts if applicable
- Collaborate with team members to promote a cooperative and positive working environment
- Notify managers of any unhappy guests and assist other team members as needed
- Manage table turn timing by scouting, bussing and cleaning tables
- Rotate seating fairly following guidelines to balance dining areas
- Manage guest flow from entrance, assist with needs and wait times
- Deliver silverware as guests are seated
- Process transactions efficiently and with a smile
- Reconcile monies from bank
- Complete 'to go' order transactions accurately
- Sell merchandise from front desk if applicable
- Respond calmly to dissatisfied guests and escalate issues to manager
