Job Requirements

  • Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
  • Work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Stand or walk 100% of shift
  • Reach, bend, and stoop frequently
  • Dress according to guidelines, neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English
  • Be at least 16 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple guests and tasks simultaneously
  • Friendly disposition with the ability to smile frequently
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to respond calmly to dissatisfied guests and escalate issues to management
  • Must be at least 16 years of age

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
  • Greet guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones
  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of any issues or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
  • Bid farewell to guests leaving, ensuring satisfaction and inviting return visits
  • Prepare for shifts by stocking supplies such as menus, silverware, Power cards, and gift cards
  • Review cleanliness and organization of the front desk and host station
  • Manage wait times and communicate information to guests, team members, and managers
  • Drive table turn timing by scouting open tables, bussing, and cleaning
  • Make timely and accurate calculations of bill transactions and process payments
  • Assist other team members as needed and maintain a cooperative working environment
