Job Requirements

  • Valid driving license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year experience in reception or front desk management
  • Minimum one year experience in assisted living community
  • Basic understanding of Dementia and Alzheimer's
  • Ability to perform physical duties required by the role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to meet federal employment law requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience managing a reception or front desk area
  • At least one year of experience working in an assisted living community
  • Basic knowledge of Dementia and Alzheimer's
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Manage front desk reception area efficiently
  • Greet and assist visitors and residents
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and maintain records
  • Drive the Lighthouse van for resident transportation
  • Follow safety protocols while driving
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families
