Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work full-time temporary shift from 5 PM to 1 AM for 6.5 weeks
  • candidate must be available to work 5 days a week
  • willingness to work weekends if required
  • ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors and staff
  • basic computer skills
  • attention to detail
  • physical ability to walk and inspect premises frequently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a front desk or concierge role preferred
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • basic computer proficiency
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • customer service oriented
  • ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols

Job Duties

  • Offer and provide information and assistance to residents, prospective residents, vendors, contractors and management as necessary
  • promptly answers incoming calls, places outgoing calls, and schedules appointments
  • accept and deliver packages to residents and property staff
  • maintain package log
  • assist the maintenance staff by processing work orders
  • follow up with residents on completed work orders
  • inspect buildings and grounds for cleanliness and safety issues
  • create a work order for any cleanliness issue and notify maintenance for any safety issues
  • physically walk the lobby and surrounding areas on a frequent basis
  • may be required to work weekends
