Excel Fitness is a rapidly expanding Planet Fitness franchise group headquartered in Austin, Texas, currently operating over 140 clubs across six states, including vibrant markets like Austin, Dallas, Raleigh, Tulsa, and NW Arkansas. Since its inception in 2016 with only 16 locations in Texas, Excel Fitness has seen impressive growth and continues to expand its footprint by opening new clubs year after year. Job Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Positive mental attitude
- Customer service background preferred
- Punctuality and reliability
- Demonstrate diplomacy in interactions using appropriate behavior and language
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum age of 18
- Continual standing and walking during shift
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work with commercial cleaning products
- Willingness to wear masks as per safety protocols
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience
- Check members into the system
- Take prospective members on tours then assist them with the new account sign-up process
- Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed
- Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility
